I had to return a part because I ordered the wrong one. It took a few days, so whoever runs this could probably speed things up a bit, but the refund did come through without any hassle. Support replied okay too, not exactly lightning fast, but decent enough in the end.

The part felt kinda cheap and didn’t fit right at all. Idk, just didn’t seem like the genuine thing to me.

I ordered a couple of spare parts and they showed up more or less just as described. As far as I could tell, there weren’t any wrong pieces or anything missing, which was definitely a relief.

The packaging was good too. It wasn’t overdone, but there was enough wrapping and protection that everything looked clean and arrived without any obvious damage.

This was my first time using Spare Parts World and the whole thing went about as smoothly as I’d hoped. I’d probably use them again if I need more parts later on

The part arrived without any issues and worked as it should, so I can’t really complain, can I? It was good value for money and saved me from having to buy a whole new appliance, which feels like a win. I’d use them again if I needed another part

I had to wait quite a while to hear back from customer service, which was a little frustrating at first. That said, I know things can get busy, and they were polite once they did respond

Ordered a replacement part and wasn’t 100% sure it was going to match my model... but it arrived, and thankfully it fitted well!! Took me a few minutes to get it lined up properly, but nothing too stressful!!! Car’s back working again now, so I’m happy. I’d use them again for sure — just make sure you double-check the part number before ordering!!!
